Connect the S1 Pro+ Line Out to a third-party device

Send the output of the S1 Pro+ to another system like a mixer or another powered loudspeaker. You can do this when you want to use the S1 Pro+ as a personal monitor (connecting your microphone and instrument to the S1 Pro+) and send the combined signal (what you hear) to another device.

If the device (like a third-party mixer or powered loudspeaker) has an XLR input, the connection is simple. Use a standard XLR cable (microphone cable).

Note: The S1 Pro+ Line Out is LINE LEVEL, and this may be too hot (level is too high) for a Microphone-level input.

Connection to Mixers

Connect the Line Out from an S1 Pro+ to one of the inputs on the mixer.

If the mixer has a MIC/LINE switch, use LINE.

If the mixer has a PAD switch, turn on the PAD.

Connection to Powered Loudspeakers

To connect an S1 Pro+ to another S1 Pro+ please see: S1 Pro+ Daisy Chain.

The same principles apply to connect to a third-party powered loudspeaker.

If the loudspeaker has a MIC/LINE switch, use LINE.

If the loudspeaker has a PAD switch, turn on the PAD.

Connection to Passive Loudspeakers

The S1 Pro+ Line Out will not drive a passive loudspeaker (one without an amplifier).
