You need a computer and a T1 ToneMatch Audio Engine to do firmware updates to your L1® Model II or Model 1S. If you don't have both of these, in the US, you can go to a Guitar Center store or a Bose Retail store for help. Please call ahead to make sure that someone in the store is expecting you.
