No, you need a mixer to do this.  
You can send the output of one L1 Pro to another ([[L1 Pro Daisy Chain|Daisy Chain]]), but you can't send the output of the second one back to the first.
That is: You cannot take the three inputs on each L1 Pro and hear all six inputs through both units.
