Unlike the L1&trade; Power Stands (Classic, Model I, Model II) there is no sensing circuit that determines the number of B1s attached to a PackLite&reg; so there is no specific need to use  the 4-wire Speakon&reg; cables instead of 2-wire Speakon&reg; cables.
